At Akeso Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
